HOW AND WHY I CAME UP WITH THE NAME "CARITAS AND YOU"

How and why I came up with the name "CARITAS AND YOU"

CARITAS is a latin word and it means love.
My name is caritas. A lot of people ask me what it means, why I love the name and why I embrace it so much.

I actually never liked the name because I felt it was weird. My friends at secondary school called me Chinenye(which is my Igbo name) till i started schooling at my current university in Nigeria, Africa, where I am being called CARITAS because that's what I tell people my name is.

I began to embrace my name and decided to get comfortable with it because I understood the meaning and it makes me strong enough to not hold back love on people that hurt me.

HOW I CAME UP WITH THE NAME "CARITAS AND YOU"

I always talk to God about making decisions, no one else. God directs me to other people though, people that understand the kind of life I am living and  want to live.

I never actually thought I would start a blog. I mean, I actually never thought I could be a writer or someone who would help another person in the least possible way. Although I always saw myself being innovative and also being deeply involved with things I am meant to be involved in.

I prayed.

I asked God what I should start with and what I should continue with.
And he just said "You have a lot of things to achieve, you have places to go, you have people to meet."

I decided to name everything I start and build up "CARITAS AND YOU" .

WHY I CHOSE CARITAS AND YOU.

I wanted you to know me and why I am involved.
CARITAS AND YOU is a unique name.
Caritas and you simply means "I, talking to you directly".  It is me being solely involved in different aspects of your thinking. It is me directly encouraging you to love yourself. It is me solely involved in your soul and wanting you to understand that change is painful yet beautiful. It is me solely involving myself in the deepest part of your pain and trying to make you understand that you are not alone.
It is me trying to encourage you about not needing bad friends to pull you down. It is me speaking to you about God. It is me teaching you about love, soulmates and companionship. It is me encouraging you to make money and invest it on yourself and family. It is CARITAS AND YOU.

So, I hope you read and keep up, Team.
