Drifting away from God
You never leave, you say you won't forsake, You walk beside and that is all that matters.
The lord is your ANCHOR
When someone tells me they are drifting away from God, I tend to sit and understand how it actually happens.
You are drifting away from God when you are not praying anymore, worshipping anymore, doubting everyday, conscience attack, no time, peer pressure, distractions, something you expect to go right go wrong and even when you are lost.
There are several reasons.
You feel there is no redemption and you tend to not care anymore at all.
You stay COLD.
Sometimes you don't even know what to do.
Sometimes you feel if you just pray, you are not feeling anything.
Sometimes you drown yourself in tears, thinking of what to do to come out from this anxiety, worries, pain.
Sometimes you go to church and you don't feel present. You don't feel alive, you don't concentrate, you don't pray. You just think.
Sometimes you are even scared to get up from your chair to put in offering because you feel you don't want anyone to look at you. You then feel like a hypocrite.
Sometimes you feel God won't forgive you no matter what, so why care? You then continue the bad ways.
Sometimes you ask yourself whether you are actually good or just cursed because you don't understand anymore.
Sometimes you feel God doesn't loves you, or cares for you because of the bad things that is happening in your life. You even go to the extent to hate God and don't believe he exists.

"And God created man to his own image: to the image of God he created him: male and female he created them."
God understand every part of you.
He knows everything that is why he is omnipotent and omnipresent.
He gave his only begotten son to die for you because he loves you.
Because he wants you to come to him everyday.
Praying to him everyday.
He said ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE
KNOCK AND THE DOOR SHALL BE OPEN FOR YOU.
I know there is a point in your life you will feel drifted away from God but do you know God never left you. God never did. He stayed. He waited. He wants you to come back. He is dragging you. He is lifting you. He is there patiently to just come back.
Yes you feel its not easy at all
Yes you feel you can't do it.
Have you ever asked yourself why you are still living?
His love is kind, patient, sweet, beautiful, lovely, gorgeous.
He loves you too much that your heart starts to beat everyday. He still protects you in the night even though you didn't pray in the night and you wake up healthy.
Have you ever asked yourself why?
Why he still keeps you even after every single thing you have done to break his heart?
Have you ever wondered how you pass your exams even though you did not read well or pass most of your test?
Have you ever wondered how you are still alive?
Because God knows that no matter what you are going through and no matter how far you feel you have gone without him.
You will still come back to him.
You will kneel before his feet saying "THANK YOU" because he is God and he is Great. He is not only big, not only large but greater than everybody.
He understands everything about you.
He wants you to repent.
Draw draw and draw closer.
You can do everything possible through Christ that strengthens you.
Here you are, down on your knees again. Surrendering all. Knowing him more.
As he draws you near, desperate for you.
You surrender your soul to the king. To your father.
You hunger in thirst everyday for him.
He hears your cry, speak to him NOW.
God has a way for you.
He always have a way.
He is a forgiving God.
Just go back to God.
He wipes away your tears and mends your broken heart.
Proverbs 8:17
"I love them that love me: and they that in the morning early watch for me, shall find me."
If you not with God, you are as well not living.
He is here moving in our midst, worship him.
He is here walking beside you, worship him.
Gods love is unconditional.
He is the way maker, miracle worker, promise keeper, light of the darkness.
God will answereth your prayers.
Today you are in need of him.
You are yearning for God
You are yearning for Jesus
You are yearning for the holy spirit.
He did not make a mistake bringing you to earth.
You are a blessing and will forever be a blessing to someones life.
You are not on earth to by time. You are here to carry out Gods plan for you.
What an amazing grace he has shown so patiently. He waited for you. Just for you.
He called out your name, he cleared your shame, anxiety, worries, agony, sorrows.
He waited for you.
God is never sleeping.
He is your God forevermore.
